Veg (or) Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
Noodles - 300 gms
Cabbage shredded - 2 cups
Carrot - 1 cup
Beans sprouts - 1 cup
Green pea beans -10 count
Onions - 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic - 2 tblspn chopped
Soy sauce - 2 tblspn
Chilli sauce - 1 tblspn or to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Hoisin sauce - 1tblspn (optional)
Eggs - 3
Ajinomato -1 tspn
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Directions:
These noodles i used for this recipe.You can use any Hakka or Chinese noodles.
First cook the noodles according to the directions.When they are cooked drain out the water and put a side.
Chop all the vegetables.Wash them properly and put it in a colander
Take a wide open pan and add oil in it.When the oil is hot add chopped ginger garlic and fry it.
Add vegetables and fry them for about 1 min.
Add all the sauces and salt one by one and mix it very well.
Cook them for about 30 sec and mix it in bet ween.
Add cooked noodles and mix it very well.Add salt if you need.
If you like eggs you can use scrambled eggs.Make scrambled egg with little oil ,salt,and pepper.
Vegetable noodles are ready.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Mix scrambled eggs with vegetable noodles and make it into egg noodles.
