Gobi Paratha Recipe

Yield :10 parathas
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1and half cup
Water - as needed
Ghee /butter -2 tblspn
For stuffing
Cauliflower - 3 cups grated/minced
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Green chilli -3 finely chopped
Oil -2 tspn
Salt -to taste
Directions:
First wash the cauliflower and finely chop them in the chopper or grate with greater.Take a frying pan and add 2 tspn oil in it.Add chopped onions and green chillis.Add finely chopped cauliflower and salt.Mix very well.Cook the cauliflower for about 10 min and switch off the flame.Wait until the stuffing is completely cooled.Next take bowl and add cauliflower mixture and wheat flour.Add little ghee and make into a chapathi dough.Add water if you need any.Take small ball size of dough and make into a chapathi with the chapathi roll.Make them all chapathis, and cook it in the pan with the little ghee/butter.Done.Enjoy with curd and lemon pickle.
