Poha chivda (chudva) Mixture Recipe

Ingredients :
Poha thin - 500 gms
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Roasted gram dal (putnala pappu) - 1/2 cup
Spicy boondi - 2 cups (optional)
Green chillis - 10 chopped
Onion - 1 small chopped
Curry leaves - 10
Garlic cloves - 6 to 8 crushed
Oil - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1tspn
Mustard seeds - 1 tblspn
Cumin seeds - 1tblspn
Salt - According to taste
Directions:
First take the peanuts and deep fry it.Now deep fry the roasted gram and put a side.
Next heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,when they are splutter add crushed garlic then add green chillis,onions,curry leaves and turmeric powder.Fry it until onions get brown color.
Now add coriander leaves and salt, Fry it about 1 minute and this mixture into the poha mixture.Add enough salt and mix it slowly.
Then put the bowl in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes.Check every 30 seconds.So, it won't burn.Or put the poha in a pan and heat on stove top until crispy.Tasty poha mixture is ready.
Note: I had leftover spicy boondi mixture.So, I added to the poha mixture It taste great with poha Chivda.
Fry onions completely other wise the poha chivda won't crispy.
