Goat Mutton Gravy Curry

     Goat/Lamb Mutton Gravy Curry Recipe:
Preparation Time : 30 min
Cooking Time : 20 min
Yield : 4 people
Ingredients :
Goat meat : 1 lb or 1/2 kg
Onions : 1 medium 
Ginger garlic paste : 1tblspn
Chilli powder : 2 tblspn or according to your taste
Coconut powder - 1tblspn
Garam masala powder : 1tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder -1tspn
Poppy seeds - 1tblspn
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 3tblspn
Directions:
First take a mixing bowl and marinate the mutton with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,little salt,1 tblspn oil and mix it.Marinate mutton about 20 to 30 min.Now for gravy masala,take  onion,coconut,poppy seeds,garam masala and make fine paste.Now heat oil in pressure cooker and add gravy masala paste and cook for about 1 minute.Now add marinated mutton and mix well,add water and enough salt in it.Wait until the cooker will come in 3 whistles,then turn off the stove and wait until the pressure goes away.Next take the cooker lid off and add coriander powder.Now Mutton curry is ready.Garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy with Jeera rice or Bhagara rice or with poori.


Take all Ingredients

Add spices to mutton

Marinate Mutton


For Gravy

Make a fine paste

Add oil and paste

Add Mutton

Mix well

Add Water

Wait for 3 whistles

Done

Garnish with coriander leaves
