Poha Dagdi Upma

Poha Dagdi Upma Recipe:
Preparation Time : 30 min
Cooking Time : 10 min
Yield : 4 people
Ingredients :
Poha Dagdi - 2 cups
Green chillis - 4 to 5 chopped
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Green onion - 1 tblspn (optional)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Peanuts - 2 tblspn
Curry leaves - 4 to 5
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Oil -2 tblspn
Mustard seeds - 1tblspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Urad dal - 2 tblspn
Salt - according to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Directions:
First soak the poha in water for about 20 minutes and drain it and put it a side.Now heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they splutter add peanuts then add urad dal,green chillis,onions,Green onions and curry leaves and fry it for about 1 minute.Next add ginger garlic paste and fry it again.Add little salt and mix it.Now add poha and enough salt and give a good mix. Poha dagdi upma is ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Take all ingredients
Soak poha in water
Add oil,mustard and cumin seeds
Add peanuts and urad dal
Add chillis,onions and curry leaves
Add turmeric powder
Add poha 
Put the lid and cook
Done
