Ingredients :
Bottle gourd - 3 cups cut into small pieces
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Green chillis - 4 chopped
Curry leaves - 4 to 5
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Jeera - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Milk - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn chopped
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,jeera.When they splutter add ginger garlic paste and add turmeric powder,onions,green chillis,curry leaves and fry it about 1 minute.
Now add bottle gourd pieces mix very well. Add some salt and put lid on and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes or until sorakaya well cooked.
Mix in between and now add milk and cook for another 2 min.Don't over cook beacuse the milk will be curdle.Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy with chapati or rice.
