Ingredients :
Cluster beans - 2cups cut into pieces
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Curry leaves - 4 to 5
Chilli powder - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Coconut powder - 1 tablspn
Jeera powder - 1/2 tspn
Oil - 2tblspn
Garlic - 1 tblspn crushed
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
Jeera - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
Directions:
First wash the cluster beans and put a side.Take a wide open pan and put oil in it.Put the stove on medium high.
When the oil is hot add mustard seeds,jeera in it.When they are splutter add garlic and onions,red chilli,curry leaves and fry for about 2 min.Now add turmeric powder little salt and mix well.
Then add cluster beans and fry for about 7 to 8 minutes.Now change the stove into medium low.
put on lid and mix in between so,it won't burn.Now add chilli powder,coconut powder and mix well.Cook another 2 min and before turnoff the stove add coriander powder,jeera powder and enough salt and give a good mix.
Now the cluster beans curry is ready to serve.Eat with any rice side dish. Yummy...
