Chicken Burgers Recipe (Indian style)
Preparation Time : 10 minCooking Time : 30 min
Yield :20 patties
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken/Kheema - 1lb
Onion - 1 small chopped
Mint leaves -3 tblspn chopped
Coriander leaves -2 tblspn chopped
Black pepper powder - 1 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Italian bread grams/Plain bread grams - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Lemon juice - 1tspn
Olive oil - 3 tblspn
For Burger:
Small buns -1
Lettuce -1 leaf
Tomato slices -1
Onion slice - 1
Ketchup - 1tspn
Directions:
First take the ground chicken and put it into a big mixing bowl.Add finely chopped onions,mint leaves,coriander leaves,black pepper powder,salt,bread grams,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice and mix very well and put it a side.Next heat the oil in a pan.Then make them into small patties and put it in the pan.Fry them both sides and put it on a paper towel.Done,Chicken patties are ready.You can store the burgers in the freezer up to 2 to 3 months. Make the chicken burger with small buns,lettuce,tomato slice and some ketchup.Enjoy!!
