Chinese spring Rolls

Chinese Spring Rolls Recipe
Preparation Time : 30 min
Cooking Time : 20 min
Yield :50 rolls
Ingredients:
For the veg stuffing:
Cabbage - 300 gms (shredded)
Carrots- 2 long (shredded)
Capsicum - 1 (shredded)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Onions - 1 small chopped
Soy sauce - 1 tspn
Chilli sauce - 1/2 tspn
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 1tblspn
For the Chicken stuffing:
Minced chicken - 1 lb
Soy sauce - 1 tspn
Chilli sauce - 1 tspn
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 1tspn
For the spring rolls:
TVJ Spring roll Sheets -50 sheet packet
Oil - for deep fry
Directions:
Veg stuffing :
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and ginger garlic paste then fry it.Next add shredded cabbage and mix it.Now add carrots and capsicum and mix it again.Then add soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt then mix it well combined.Cook the vegetables on high flame until the water fully evaporates .Mix it continuously so, It won't burn.Switch off the flame and wait until it cools completely.
Chicken stuffing :
Heat oil in a pan and add minced chicken then cook it for about 2 min.Next add soy sauce,chilli sauce  and salt in it.Mix very well and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the water evaporates.
If you have left over chicken,use it.Just shred the chicken and saute with soy sauce and chilli sauce.Done.
For spring rolls:
Add chicken stuffing into veg stuffing  and mix it well.Next take one spring roll sheet and put 1 tblspn of stuffing  in it ,then fold it as I showed below and roll it tight.Close the spring roll with some water on the edges.Make all the spring rolls and put it a side.Now heat the oil in a pan.When the oil is hot put the spring rolls in the oil.Deep fry them until it turns into a golden brown color.Put the spring rolls on a paper towel and serve with ketchup.Enjoy!!
Note : Defrost spring rolls- put the spring rolls on the counter for about 40-45 minutes.
Make the spring rolls veg or non veg as your wish.You can store the spring rolls in the freezer for about 2 to 3 months.
You can use any kind of brand spring roll sheets.but,I like tvj spring roll sheets.It can be found in any Indian or any Asian grocery stores.
Cook the chicken stuffing and veg stuffing separately.
Shred the carrot and capsicum
Shred the cabbage
Heat oil in a pan and onions
Add ginger garlic paste and mix it.
Add all the vegetables,and sauces in it.
Mix it.
Veg stuffing is done.
Add chicken stuffing
Take one sheet and put the curry 

Roll it
Fold it.
Roll tightly and close with water glue
Put on a paper
Fry them
Done
