Cut Chilli Fritters (Cut Mirchi Bajji)

Cut Mirchi Fritters Recipe

Yield :4 people
Ingredients:
Long Green Chilli - 10
Gram flour (Besan) - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1tspn
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tspn
Chat masala - for sprinkle
Salt - according to taste
Oil - enough for deep fry
Directions :
First, make the batter with gram flour and rice flour.Add cumin seeds,Ajwain and, salt in it.Next, wash the chillies  and slit into the middle, then remove the seeds and apply the salt inside of the chilli.Next heat the oil in a pan for deep fry.Now take the chilli and dip it in the batter, then put it in the oil.Fry it until it turns into a golden color.Remove it and put it on a paper towel.Then,cut the mirchi bajji into two pieces.Take the cut mirchi and put it into the oil again.Fry it for about 1 min and remove it.Cut Mirchi Bajji is ready.Sprinkle it with chat masala. Enjoy with onions and lemon juice.
Mix rice flour and gram flour
Add jeera,ajwain seeds
Mix with water
Wash the chillis
Split it and remove seeds and 
apply little salt
Dip it in batter
Put in the oil
Fry it
Turn it and fry it
Done
Cut them into half pieces
fry it again
Done!!
