Okra Fry (Bendakaya Fry)

Okra Fry Recipe (Non Slimy)
Preparation Time : 10min
Cooking Time : 30 min
Yield :4 People
Ingredients:
Okra - 1lb
Onion - 1 small chopped
Green chillis - 4 to 5 chopped
Oil - 2 tblspn 
Salt - According to taste
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder -half tspn
Directions :
First chop the okra into small pieces.Now heat the frying pan and add a little bit of oil then add the okra pieces.Fry them until it turns into a light brown color.Now take the same pan and add some oil and add mustard seeds and jeera.When they splatter add green chillis,onions and curry leaves then fry it until the onions turn into translucent.Then add turmeric and mix it well.Next add fried okra pieces and mix it very well.Now add some salt and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame.Garnish with coriander leaves (I don't have coriander leaves so,i didn't add it).Enjoy with Chapathi or Rice.
Chop them small pieces
Fry  them in a pan with 1/2 tspn oil
turn into light brown color
Fried completely
Heat oil and add mustard seeds and
 jeera
Add onions and green chillis
Add fried okra pieces
Add some salt and mix
Done!
Enjoy with roti or rice
