Mint Fritters (Mint Bajji)

Pudina Bajji Recipe:
Preparation Time : 10 min.
Cooking Time : 10 min.
Yield :4 people
Ingredients:
Maida flour : 2 cups
Curd - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Onions - 2 tblspn chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tblspn chopped
Jeera - 1 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Salt - according to taste
Oil - for deep fry
Water - 1/2 - 1 cups
Directions:
First take a big mixing bowl and add maida,curd,mint leaves,onions,coriander leaves,jeera,chilli powder, and salt.Add some water and make a batter .Make sure it is not too thick or not too thin.It should be thicker than bajji batter.Heat the oil in a pan.Next take the batter with a spoon and put it into the oil and fry it until it turns a golden color.Remove it and put it on a paper towel. Pudina bajji is ready.Good for evening time snack.Enjoy!!

Add maida in a bowl
Add all kind of leaves and spices
Add curd
Make batter with water
Heat oil in a pan
Put into the oil
Fry it.
Done
