Easy Okra fry with Besan Recipe

Ingredients:
Okra /Bhindi/Bendakaya - 250 gms
Besan (Gram flour) - 4 tblspn
Corn flour - 1tblspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Salt - According to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Oil - for fry okra
Directions:
First wash the okra then put it a side.Next slice the okra vertically into 2 pieces.(My okra is small so,I cut into 2 pieces,If yours is big then cut it into 4 pieces.)Then add besan flour,corn flour,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and coriander powder in it.Gently mix the okra with the dry ingredients and put it a side for about 15 minutes.Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the okra into small batches.Easy Okra fry is ready.Serve with any side dish.Enjoy!!
