Butter Murukku Recipe

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2 cups
Butter - 1tblspn
Black pepper - 1tspn
Ajwain seeds - 1 tblspn
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - According to taste
Oil - enough for deep fry
Directions:
First take a big mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients(rice flour,black pepper powder,ajwain seeds,chilli powder,salt).Next melt the butter and add it into the dry mixture and mix it well combined.Then,add water and make a dough.Now take murukku press and put some dough into the press then,make a circle on the cloth with murukku press.Make as many as you can on the cloth.Next heat the oil in a pan.When the oil is hot slowly take the murukku with your hand and slip it into the oil.Fry them until you have a golden color.Then remove it.Keep it in a container.It can store up to 2 to 3 weeks.Enjoy!!
