Tomato Soup

Tomato Soup with Bread 
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 35 min
Yield :3-4 People
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 2 cans (each 28 oz)
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves
Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Sugar - 1tspn
Water or Vegetable Stock - 2 cup 
Cream cheese - 2 tblspn
Basil dried - 1 tspn
Oregano - 1/2 tspn
Salt - according to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tspn or to taste
Butter - 1 tspn
Directions:
First heat the oil in a pan.Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.Add onions and fry them until translucent.Add tomatoes and mix well.Next add water,sugar,salt,oregano,basil and black pepper powder and bring it to boil on medium high heat.When the tomatoes are cooked fully switch off the flame and wait until It cools completely.Then blend it like puree and pour it into the sauce pot and put it on the stove.Add cheese cream and mix well combined.Cook the soup until the cheese is melted.Add salt and pepper If you need it.Done,Serve with Italian or French bread(I used baguette bread).Enjoy!!
Note :If you like to add more cheese cream you can add it.It tastes even more better.

Add tomatoes
Add water
Add oregano and basil leaves
Add salt and pepper
Cook it until tomatoes are
fully cooked
Blend it
Pour it into the pot
Add cheese cream
Cook until cheese melted
Enjoy!!
