Sago Vada with Mint leaves


sabudana doesn't have a whole lot of health properties,
but It has a cooling effect on the system .
It will reduce excess body heat.
So,why don't you make some sabudana recipes in a hot summer.

Sabudana Vada with Mint leaves Recipe
Preparation Time : 30 - 45 min
Cooking Time : 10 min
Yield : 25 max
Ingredients:
Sago/Sabudana/Tapioca -2 cups
Water -3 cups (for soak)
Rice flour - 1 cup
Curry leaves -5 to6
Coriander leaves - 2 tblspn
Mint leaves - 4 tblspn
Onions - 1 small finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Green chilli paste - 1 tblspn or red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Salt - according to taste
Oil - for deep fry
Directions:
First soak the sabudana in 3 cups of water for about 30 minutes.Next put the sabudana in the colander and let all the water drain completely.Then take them and put it in a mixing bowl and add rice flour and mix it.Now add all kinds of leaves and cumin seeds,onions,chilli paste and salt and make it into a dough.If you need any water you can add it and make it into a dough.Next heat the oil in a pan.Then make a vada with hands and put it into the oil.Fry them both sides then remove it and put on a paper towel.Eat with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce.Enjoy!!
