Soy Chunks Vegetable Biryani

Soy Chunks Vegetable Biryani 
Recipe
Preparation Time : 15 min
Cooking Time : 30min
Yield : 4 to 5 people
Ingredients :
Basmati Rice - 3 cups
Mixed Vegetables - 3 cups
Soy chunks - 1 cup cooked
Onions - 1small chopped
Green chillis - 4 to 5 chopped
Oil/ butter - 2 tblspn
Cardamom,Cloves - each 3
Bay leaf - 1
Ginger garlic Paste - 1tspn
Salt - according to taste
Directions:First wash and soak the rice in water..Now chop the vegetables and put it a side.Next heat butter in pan and add bay leaf and cardamom,cloves.Then add onions,green chillis,and ginger garlic paste and fry it for about 2 minutes.Now add all the vegetables with soya chunks in it.Add little salt and fry them about 3 to 4 minutes.Next add the rice and fry them.Then add water and salt in it.Next cook them for about 3 minutes and put the lid on.Now cook it for about 10 minutes on a medium low heat.Soy chunks biryani is ready.Enjoy with any kind of raita.
Note:Before using the soy chunks put them in hot water for about 2 minutes. The vegetables I used are Potato,Cauliflower,Zucchini,mushrooms,tomatoes,carrots and capsicum.You can use any kind of vegetables.
Add Cardomom,cloves and bay leaf
Add chillis,onions and 
ginger galic paste
Add vegetables
Soak the rice in water
Add rice and fry
Add water and cook
After 3 minutes 
Put on lid and cook on medium low
Done
Eat with snake gourd raita 
Enjoy!!
