Fruit Pastry Cake

When I was in India I loved pineapple pastry cakes.I was wondering how they make these kind of cakes.Now I know the secret of the pastry cake recipe.I tried it and It came out very well. 
Fruit or Pineapple Pastry Cake recipe
Preparation Time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 0 time
Yield : No value
Ingredients:
Vanilla Sponge Cake - 9 inch round(You can find the recipe here)
Pineapple juice - 3 tblspn
For cream:
Heavy cream -32 oz
Vanilla essence - 1 tblspn
Sugar -1/2 cup
For Topping (I used these.You can use any kind of fruits)
Mandarin oranges - 1 cup
Peaches - 1 cup
Strawberries - 2 cups
Kiwi - 1 cup
Pineapple -1 cup
Sliced Almonds - 1/2 cup
Directions:
First,take the heavy cream in a big mixing bowl and beat it with a electric beater for about 1 minute.
Next, add vanilla and sugar then, continue beating until it is shiny and just form soft peaks.
Then,take the cake and slice it evenly for 2 layers with a sharp edge knife.Sprinkle some juice(any kind of fruit juice, I used pineapple juice) on top of the cakes.Take the cream and apply it evenly and decorate a layer with pineapple chunks.
Now add some more cream and put the other half of the cake and apply it with cream.Next put the cake in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Repeat and coat the cake with the cream then put it again in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.Now take the cake and decorate it with your own style and put it into the refrigerator.After 1 hour take the cake and Enjoy!!

Heavy cream for
whipping cream
Put in mixing bowl and beat
Add sugar and vanilla
Beat  again
Continuously beat
It is form like thick cream
Cut the sponge cake into 2 pieces
with Knife and sprinkle some juice 
Apply the cream and layer
with pineapples
Put the half cake on top
Apply cream
Coat evenly  with cream
Take the fruits
Decorate with fruits
Decorated with slice almonds
Enjoy!!
