Aloo Tomato Kurma


Aloo Tomato Kurma :
Preparation Time :10 min
Cooking Time : 20 min
Yield : 4 people

Ingredients :

Potato - 250 gms peeled and cut into cubes
Tomato - 100 gms chopped
Onion - 1 big chopped
Green chillis -3 cut into splits
Red chilli - 1 cut into 2 pieces
Curry leaves-4 to 5
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Turmeric - 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Oil - 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves - 1tblspn chopped
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 cup

Directions :
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry it then add onions,green chillis,curry leaves and red chilli.fry it about 2 min or onions are golden brown.
Now add turmeric mix it well Now add potato cubes and mix it very well ,add water in it and put lid on, cook about 10 min or potatoes are half cooked ,Don't forget to mix in between.
Now add tomatoes and mix well  and cook another 10 min now add enough salt and add coriander powder cook it 2 min and turn off the stove.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with roti or poori or rice.
