Chicken Kheema Curry


Chicken Kheema /Minced Chicken Curry:

Ingredients :

Chicken minced or keema - 1 lb
Onion - 2 medium finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2 medium chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Chilli powder - 2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed 
Coconut powder - 1tspn
Oil - 2tblspn
Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn chopped

Directions:
First heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and add finely chopped onions fry for until translucent.Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder,little salt as needed.
Now add garam masala powder,coconut powder and tomatoes cook until tomatoes well cooked.
Now add minced meat mix very well and close with lid.Cook for about 5 min.
After keema is cooked add coriander powder and until keema is fully cooked .
Now keema is ready garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy it with rice or roti.
