Chilli Chicken



Chilli Chicken :

Ingredients :

Bone less Chicken - 1lb or 1/2 kg
Corn flour - 1 tblspn
Maida 1 tspn
Egg - 1
Ginger and garlic - each 1 tblspn finely chopped
Capsicum -1 cut in to chunks
Onion - 1 medium cut into chunks
Soya sauce - 2 tblspn
Chilli sauce - 1 tblspn
Ketchup - 1tablspn
Vinegar - 1tblspn
Oil - for deep fry
Salt - to taste
Ajinomato - 1tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Green onions- 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn chopped
Curry leaves - 4 to 5

Directions :
First cut the chicken and wash and drain water completely.Now marinate the chicken with corn flour,maida,salt,pepper powder,egg mix and keep a side about 30 min.
Now heat oil in a pan for deep fry and deep fry the chicken completely.keep the chicken on paper towel to absorb the oil.
Now take wide open pan add little oil in it.
When oil is hot add ginger garlic pieces and fry it now add onions and capsicum fry for about 2 min.Don't over cook the capsicum ,It should be crunchy.Add curry leaves and fry it ,then add soya sauce ,chilli sauce,vinegar,ketchup and enough salt and cook for about 2 minutes.
Now add the chicken pieces and mix very well and cook 1 minute. Chilli chicken is ready.Garnish with coriander leaves and green onions.
