Rice Flour Pitlu


Rice Flour Pittu :

Preparation Time :10 min
Cooking time : 10 min
Yield : 4

Ingredients :

Rice flour - 1 cup
Sooji rava -1/2 cup
Maida /All purpose flour - 2 tblspn
Water -3 cups or as needed like dosa batter consistency
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Green chillis - 1 tablspn finely chopped
Onions - 1 medium chopped
Coriander leaves -1 tablspn chopped
Mustard seeds - as needed
Oil - for make pittu

Directions:
First take a mixing bowl add rice flour,rava,maida,salt,chilli powder,corinder leaves,green chillis,onions and water mix like dosa batter consistency or little bit thin consistency.
 Now take a wide open pan and on the stove .Now add 1/2 tspn oil .When oil is hot add 1/2 tspn musttard seeds. when they are splutter pour 1 laddle of batter to like circle motion and put a lid on it.
After 2 min turn the pittu into back side .When it is cooked 2 sides remove it and put in plate .Now pittu is ready to serve.eat with any kind of pickle or without pickle,it tastes great .Try it,you will definitely love it.
